Q: How do I make an order?
A: Just select the item that you want and add it to cart. After this you will be asked to put in payment details and delivery details. Once this is complete, your order will be on its way within 24 hours!
Q: I have a question about a product.
A: Just send us a message via the chat button for a quick response! Alternatively, you can drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: What payment is accepted?
A: We accept payment via MasterCard, VISA, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Local payments in Singapore also be made via Paynow or Paylah.
Cash payments are available for selected items in Singapore, via self collect option. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Q: How do I get my order?
A: All of our items are inclusive of FREE regular Singpost, or FREE international post worldwide. For Singapore based customers, you can opt to add $2 for registered mail or Smartpac.
Q: Is my payment secure?
Yes, FLAMINGO FASHION is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, we work really hard to ensure our shopping cart software and ecommerce hosting is secure.
Q: The item I want is out of stock.
A: New stock is on the way! If you would like to reserve one, you can make 50% payment in advance. No reservations without payment.
- We provide free international shipping on all orders.
- Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
- Average shipping time for all products is between 2 - 10 working days for delivery in Singapore, or 25-30 working days for delivery worldwide.
- Delivery times should be referred to as guidelines only and may vary depending on our courier partners and during holidays or seasonal sales periods.
- We do not offer any express shipping methods at this time.
- Before confirming your order, please ensure that all shipping information, such as names and addresses are accurately provided.
- Once an order has been submitted, this information cannot be changed.
Returns & Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a broken or faulty item, please return it to us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will exchange it for the same item, subject to availability.
- To request an exchange, please contact us directly regarding your issue.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it, together with proof of purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship out your new item.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- We do not accept any returns after 7 days of item being delivered.
